We want you to feel confident ordering BoredGame. Please read the information below so you know exactly when a return or refund is possible.
Can I return my order?
You can return BoredGame within 28 days of delivery if:
- It is unused
- The packaging is unopened and in its original condition
Once the packaging has been opened, the game is non-returnable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your BoredGame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind after ordering, you can return BoredGame within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and unopened.
Opening the packaging means the game cannot be returned.
Return postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns
- We cover return postage for damaged or faulty items

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and checked, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear.

BoredGame is a sealed product. Once opened, it cannot be returned. This helps us ensure every family receives a brand-new, untouched game.
