Boredgame - The Family Car Game

What an excellent idea! With someone who loves tech, I'm well aware of how easy it is to get addicted to phones and tablets. Now when we are on one of our family trips, instead of my kids being glued to their screens locked in their own world, we now have this game changer. So many different games to play to get their imaginations engaged. An outstanding concept for hours of fun in the car!

I got this to try and entertain my son (who’s 5) in the car over the summer holidays. We all loved the games, we’ve barely made a dent in them because each one is so much fun! The pack is so travel friendly, I’ve taken to keeping it in my handbag to get out at dinners or out and about and he’s genuinely so excited to see what game is next.

Fantastic set of games to keep kids and adults entertained on long car journeys. We’ve only used a few so far but great to have plenty more for future trips.

Lovely game for the car. My husband and I played some of these with our 8 year old on a road trip recently and it had us in stitches.

Great idea to get kids off screens and interacting. Not only good for car games, but have used at home and in restaurants. Definitely recommend.

This game is absolutely genius, the grandchildren love it and to be honest so do us adults.

This is a great game and can be played anytime. I bought it for a long aeroplane journey we have coming up but it can be played anywhere - it's great for sitting round a table when you're out waiting in a restaurant too!

As a Nana, I’ve kept one pack for my car and I’ve given another pack to the girls’ mum and dad, but the packs haven’t reached the cars yet!! My grand daughters insist we play some of the games in the house!!!

Great ideas and the 6 year old gets lots of practice reading the rules to us all!! And then she’s in charge of bending them!!

This has been a great inclusion to a long journey.
Certainly passed the time away. We have not gone through even a fifth of the cards yet but one that certainly was enjoyed by all was the number plate game.

We bought this to entertain our kids on a long drive through France. We don’t do screens in the car as one gets car sick and there’s only so many games of I Spy myself and my husband can cope with!

The games worked a dream! The kids took turns to pick out a card every 15/20 mins and then we played them in between listening to a Spotify playlist.

It made the journey easier and we didn’t have any grumbles of ‘are we there yet’ from our 7 year old. Happy parents!

Bought to keep family entertained on Easter weekend, hoping it will do the trick! Just a bit disappointed it is made in China.Would have been good to find it was actually designed and made in UK

So easy to use, we all love it! We used to take the ipad to entertain the kids in restaurants as they get bored easily, but we went out the other day and didn't even take it with us. The game kept the kids entertained the whole time and made them laugh too!

Can’t recommend this game enough, I work with kids and I’ve got a 12-year-old lad myself, so I know the challenges and exactly what it’s like trying to pull them away from any screens. That’s why I can’t recommend this enough. It’s simple, easy to jump into, and you can play it anywhere without any fuss.

We gave it a go on the way to football training with my lad and his mate. Normally that journey is quiet with them sometimes glued to the screen . This time it was completely different. They were laughing the whole way there, getting stuck into the games and properly enjoying it, with loads of short sharpe games to choose from.

It’s one of those ideas that just works. No setup, no hassle, just instant fun. Brilliant for car journeys and a proper win for parents trying to keep things social and screen-free.

I bought this game to play with my grandchildren in the car and we’ve been working our way through the pack. It’s made our journeys much more enjoyable as we all chat together as we play the games.

First time playing Bored Game yesterday. We left the pack out all week for our eldest to find on his own. When he asked about it, I just said it’s a bit of fun for the car. By the time our long drive came around on Sunday, he was begging to play it in the same way he would’ve been asking for his tablet. Which, might I add, neither of our kids asked for once! Lots of laughter, loads of fun that got both them and us thinking, and then a couple of small meltdowns (we’re only human after all!)

Wow- what a simple but clever idea! It's easy to play with no setup. It's great for all ages- both our 6 year old and 11 year old loved it.

Wanted to give you feedback of Bored Game that you kindly sent me. We have
used this game serveral times now on our way and back from our caravan. Normally our kids would be on their tablets watching shite, when I showed them the game they were shocked that I would dare suggest something diffrent from their devices. I asked them to give it a go. Honestly it was fab. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it and so did I. Thank you again.

I bought this to keep my inquisitive 7 yr old granddaughter occupied during car journeys but we’ve also been using it at home too. Such simple ideas but brilliant at keeping young minds occupied, working & stretched (as well as mine! 🙈)

If you’ve got kids and you ever go on long journeys then you need this in your life! So many games to play and so much fun! It’s so well put together from the quality of the packaging to the design and thought behind each game! Absolutely love it!! 👏👏

Great little set of cards with lots of game ideas for bored kids and parents

Absolutely love this game, it's already becoming a family favourite! It's not managed to make it's way into the glove box yet though because my daughter picks a card everyday after school for us to play.
Really impressed with it so far. Well made, sturdy little box, and easy to read and understand for my 5 year old. Would definitely recommend. I can see us having some fun car journeys with this, when it finally makes it out of the house 🤣

We bought Boredgame for our car journeys and it’s honestly been such a good find!

My son (10) and daughter (4) both love it, which isn’t always easy with the age gap. Whether we’re just popping out or on a long journey, there’s always a game that suits everyone.

It’s so easy to use, just grab a card and go. No mess and no screens needed (which is a big win for us!). Some of the challenges get us all laughing, some competitive and others really get the kids chatting. It’s actually turned “are we nearly there yet?” into some quality family fun.

I also love that it works for different ages, my 4-year-old can join in just as much as her big brother. Definitely one of those things we now keep in the car all the time. Would 100% recommend for families!

I pre ordered this game as I knew straight away that this would be the answer to our long car journey prayers. We love these type of games in the car but we are completely hopeless at thinking them up so we usually use the same 3 on repeat which becomes repetitive. This game is perfect. Small and compact enough to keep in the car but really sturdy and well made so will stand the test of time. There are so many games to choose from, quick and easy to learn and remember. These games would also be great when out for a meal when the children are bored of waiting, at the airport or just when you hear the dreaded "I'm bored". A really great concept, quick and fun to play and takes away that need to try and think something up on the spot. Fantastic! Highly recommend.
